After many years working as a mental performance coach in private practice, I dreamed of making the mental preparation of athletes accessible to everyone and not only to those who can afford it. Then, I started the “Ohana Sports and Wellness” to ensure we level up the competition, providing that all athletes will have the necessary resources to succeed.

About Ohana Sports and  Wellness 

 

Ohana means family, and family means togetherness towards a specific goal: wellness and high performance.

In a world dominated by the pursuit of success and high performance, it can be easy to lose sight of the importance of mental toughness and well-being. This is where the Ohana Sport and Wellness comes in, providing a unique approach to achieving personal growth and success through a focus on family, teamwork, connection, and support.

At the core of the Ohana Sport and Wellness is the belief that we are stronger together. The word "ohana" itself means family in Hawaiian language, emphasizing the importance of unity and togetherness in achieving our goals. This organization recognizes that mental toughness is not just about individual resilience but also about the support and connection we receive from those around us.

By creating a supportive community that values high performance and well-being, Ohana Sport and Wellness helps individuals harness their inner strength and achieve their full potential. Through a combination of psychological skills training, stress management, biofeedback, and support from our mental coaches and fellow members, participants are able to develop the resilience and skills needed to thrive in their athletic, personal, and professional lives.
